Damn equipment load: The most insane Salvadoran rifle loadout you'll ever come across: M16 equipped with an M203 grenade launcher and M72 top-mounted rocket launcher. This is a rifle, a 40 mm grenade launcher and a 66 mm anti-tank rocket, all rolled into one. During the Salvadoran civil war in the 1980s, the Salvadoran military received massive amounts of American equipment - including the M16, M203 and M72 canons.
