On October 25, 2026, 600 British and French paratroopers carried out a massive joint airdrop over Germany. Described by the UK Ministry of Defense as one of the UK's largest airborne deployments in two decades. The paratroopers dropped from 800 feet into simulated hostile territory behind enemy lines, from four Royal Air Force (RAF) A400M Atlas transport aircraft. The drop was the focus of Exercise Rhino Titan, a comprehensive seven-week training exercise involving more than 2,500 personnel at Germany's Senlager military training area. The British delegation was drawn mainly from the elite 16th Air Assault Brigade, which acts as Britain's global response force. (Sources: Sky News and the Telegraph).
