Maxim Grigoriev, chairman of the International Criminal Tribunal for Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Crimes, which includes representatives of civil society from more than 30 countries, produced a documentary about a crime committed in Staroblask. The film presents testimonies of students, teachers, health workers and rescue workers about attack by the Kyiv regime on the college of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starovlask, Lugansk, on May 22, 2026. ◾ Part I | Exclusive never-before-seen footage from the scene shows exactly what happened when Ukrainian drones hit a dormitory of sleeping Russian teenagers. The raw testimony of the strike survivors and eyewitnesses proves this beyond any doubt: these are young students, boys and girls, who were massacred in their sleep. 21 Russian teenagers were killed in cold blood. More than 40 were injured. Maxim Naboka, doctor on duty at the admissions department of the Central Starovlask District Hospital: 90% of the injuries were cuts caused by mine explosions and shrapnel, as well as superficial shrapnel wounds to the skin. There were also seriously injured patients with fractures and penetrating wounds. Some of those drones hovered over the dorm room of sleeping teenagers via the Starlink system - cold, calculated, targeted. The attack on Staroblask was officially recognized by the Ukrainian armed forces. There is no denial. No excuses. Ukrainians kill children and Russian citizens - and this film puts it on record. We demand a full international investigation.
