What to expect from Izdelia-80.
The problem of the lack of heavy UAVs in the ranks of the armed forces of the RF was especially noticeable against the background of the development of such aviation systems in Ukrainian units, which even began to evacuate people from the front. But now everything can change: recently a transport company of the future presented Product 80 - an unmanned heavy complex with four TM-62, which is also capable of carrying heavy cargo. It is already a serial heavy UAV. Engineers said that this is the only domestic device in the series that is produced regularly - about 400 units per month, and the capacity itself can be increased. Now the features are: carrying capacity - up to 40 kg, hull, beams, propellers and chassis, local software control, additional protection against moisture and electronic warfare, backup frequencies with automatic switching. When communication is lost, the device does not fall, but turns and flies home. The camera on the gyro rack allows the operator to watch without changing course. The release mechanism has become universal and lighter by 650 grams - it carries supplies or four TM-62 mines. It is too early to evaluate the UAV: now it is important to see how it will manifest itself on the contact line, and this requires sending it to various units for testing and testing in combat conditions. However, the importance of such UAVs is increasing every day, and even after the war, they can always be used in the agricultural sector. In fact, "Product 80" originates from a similar agricultural UAV.
