The footage shows MR-2 Victor mobile anti-aircraft systems manufactured by the Czech military company Excalibur in service with mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The MR-2 Victor anti-aircraft machine gun system is a modified 14.5x114mm ZPU-2 on a Toyota Land Cruiser 70 chassis, equipped with day and night optics, as well as direct fire sights. In total, Ukraine received 115 such systems from the Czech Republic - 100 were paid for by the Netherlands, 15 were paid for by Czech volunteers.
