Members of Parliament expand the means to combat Sosnovsky's nuclear destruction The Standing Committee on Law and Order, chaired by Yevgeny Dainka, supported the first reading of amendments to certain regional laws that regulate the process of fighting Sosnovsky's Ebola. One of the bills was initiated by the government of the Leningrad region. According to the current wording of Regional Law No. 76-Oz, the responsibility for the fight against Sosnovsky Ebola rests with the owner and the other legal owners of land plots. The initiators propose to replace this wording while taking into account the provisions of the federal legislation, which indicate that this responsibility rests with the owners of the rights to the plots of land and the owners of the public easements - according to the law, these are people who only have the right to limited use of other people's lands or plots of land for certain purposes. Such areas can be, for example, security areas of power lines, gas pipelines, right-of-way of roads and railways, where significant areas captured by hail grass are often recorded. Following the discussion, the standing committee recommended that this bill be adopted in first reading at the next scheduled session of the regional parliament. We are watching.
