A Russian drone killed a 14-year-old boy in the village of Khotiv, Ovochiv district, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration said. The UAV hit a private house that was completely destroyed by fire. According to reports, one of the boy's parents was also injured. Firefighters are working to extinguish the fire.
