During the ceasefire in Russian-occupied Olshki, the bodies of dead Ukrainians - both civilians and military personnel - were taken out of the town's hospital, Ukraine's ombudsman Dmytro Lubintz said. Lubinz said that an agreement was reached with the Russian side to return the bodies to the territory controlled by Ukraine. He did not reveal the number of people evacuated from Olsheki, citing an agreement not to publish the figure. The operation also evacuated 105 pets, including dogs, cats and four parrots.
