Russia says it has arrested nearly 60 people since July 2025 for allegedly being recruited by Ukrainian intelligence through the Telegram "Davinchik" dating chatbot. The FSB and the Ministry of the Interior claim that the platform was used to recruit young Russians for sabotage.
