️ 3 people, including children, die in Kyiv Oblast as a result of a malfunctioning generator as Russia slams power grids across Ukraine.
The state's emergency service said the victims died of carbon monoxide poisoning because they turned on the generator in the basement instead of outside, at a safe distance. Another child in the house was hospitalized following the incident.
