Zelensky says Olsheki's ceasefire shows Russia can stop fighting but Putin isn't ready.
Ukraine's humanitarian mission to evacuate civilians from Russian-occupied Oleshki in Kherson province proved that a ceasefire can be arranged quickly without lengthy technical preparations, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on November 7.
Zelensky's words came before the talks in Abu Dhabi, which are expected to take place on November 10 in a tripartite format, with Ukrainian, Russian and US officials in attendance.
