Update: A Russian missile attack hit a medical facility in Kharkiv, injuring 73.
The attack hit the area connecting buildings in a medical facility in the Namishliansky District of the city, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Tarukh. The attack damaged more than 1,000 windows throughout the medical facility and surrounding apartment buildings, the mayor said.
