Russia is using the ceasefire to disguise military movements, the General Staff says.
Russia used the humanitarian ceasefire in Ulshki to replace troops, improve fighting positions, expand anti-drone nets on key logistics routes and resupply troops with ammunition, Ukraine's General Staff said on November 2.
