Less than an hour after the initial announcement, Latvia declared that the invasion was over and the threat was gone. The Latvian military later said it deployed a BLAZE interceptor drone in response to the invasion and activated its self-destruct protocol to avoid entering and violating Russian or Belarusian airspace.
