Slovakia reopened a criminal case on the donation of fighter jets and air defense systems to Ukraine. Slovakia's Attorney General, Marus Zilinka, said on October 30 that he reopened a criminal case against former Prime Minister Eduard Hagar and former Defense Minister Jaroslav Nad for their decision to donate to Ukraine in the spring of 2023 a fleet of Slovakian MiG-29 fighter jets and air defense systems from the countries of the Soviet Union.
