A Russian general has been accused in absentia of rockets hitting a museum dedicated to the 18th-century Ukrainian philosopher.
"The general (lieutenant) knew for sure that he was not attacking a military target but a monument of Ukrainian culture. Despite this, he gave the combat order to destroy her," the Attorney General wrote.
