️270 Ukrainian POWs return home in latest exchange with Russia.

Ukraine and Russia exchanged prisoners of war on October 23, when 270 Ukrainian servicemen returned home, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced.

Seven Ukrainian citizens were also brought from Russia with the help of Ukrainian authorities, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubintz said in a Facebook post. Lubinz added that seven other citizens traveled to Russia as part of family reunification efforts supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
