The US is threatening to cut information sharing with Ukraine to protect Russian refineries, sources confirm

The Trump administration has threatened senior Ukrainian officials with a complete end to US intelligence sharing and access to the European-led PURL weapons program if Kyiv damages Russian energy infrastructure, sources told the Kyiv Independent.

The threats followed a unilateral "cease fire" announced by US President Donald Trump, pressuring Ukraine to refrain from hitting Russian refineries even as Russian forces continue to attack Ukrainian power facilities.
