Zelensky calls the US move to allow Russian diesel exports "a weak decision by our strong partners."

President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the decision, saying it would give Russia more revenue to finance its war against Ukraine while Ukrainian and American negotiators discuss a possible cease-fire in Florida.

"I believe our team is just being used as a smoke screen," he told reporters. "It's definitely not honest, and it's definitely not how partners should act."
