US senators are urging the Trump administration to enforce the new Russia sanctions law before the October 18 deadline.
US Senators Gene Shaheen and Roger Wicker are pressing the Trump administration to begin implementing the Lindsey O. Graham Act that imposes sanctions on Russia and Iran as soon as possible. While most provisions of the law take effect on October 18, bipartisan senators urged the administration not to wait until the deadline.
