Russia to draft 120,000 people, promises again they will not be sent to fight in Ukraine

Russia plans to send about 120,000 conscripts for compulsory military service between October and December, while promising again that they will not be sent to fight in Ukraine - although Moscow made similar promises before and later admitted that conscripts were indeed deployed.
