Ukraine hits a Russian defense plant that produces missile components, the General Staff says.

The plant, located in the city of Azov, is part of the Russian Tactical Missile Corporation and produces opto-mechanical and opto-electronic equipment, as well as electronic systems for artillery, missile and anti-tank weapons.
