'No more hybrids' - as Russian sabotage increases, Europe lacks red lines

Moscow's shadow war over Europe is growing stronger by the day, and no one can say how far the Kremlin is willing to go.

Russia is no longer just meddling in elections or hacking networks: Germany found drones laden with explosives at its Leipzig airport in an alleged sabotage plot backed by Moscow. Russian drones entering NATO airspace are now commonplace. And a Russian warship fired flares at a Danish military helicopter.

The rhetoric in Western capitals has hardened, and some say that this campaign is "no longer hybrid at all."
