Russia puts Ukraine's internet in its crosshairs as attacks on Kyiv infrastructure intensify

Russian attacks have hit multiple data centers and Internet providers in Kyiv over the past two days, disrupting service for about 100,000 households as Moscow expands its attacks on Ukraine's Internet infrastructure.

"This is the beginning of a phase where, since September, they started to take it out systematically," Anatoly Prolenkov, a representative of the Internet exchange point 1-IX, told the Kyiv Independent.
