Taiwan company plans to acquire the second largest cement business in Ukraine for 750 million euros

A major Taiwanese company is looking to become the new owner of Ukraine's second-largest cement business, Ivano Frankivsk Cement, located in western Ukraine, after its board approved a deal worth up to 750 million euros ($855 million).
