Russia imposes restrictions near Estonian border amid fears of mobilization

Russia has imposed temporary restrictions in two districts bordering Estonia, restricting night traffic, access to parts of the Nerva River, hunting and carrying firearms in the border area, Estonian public broadcaster ERR reported on September 21.
