Update: Two arrested in a terrorism investigation after an explosion at the Lviv district recruitment center injured a service member.

Law enforcement officers arrested two local residents after the explosion, according to the Lviv special prosecutor's office.

Earlier today, an unidentified person threw an explosive device from a Dacia car at a bus that was passing the gates of a military recruitment facility.
