Ukraine's General Staff confirmed on September 15 night attacks on Russia's Syzran oil refinery and the Atlant Aero drone production facility in Taganrog, hitting a primary refinery unit and setting fires at both sites.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy confirmed the operations and added that Ukrainian forces also attacked a drone launch site in the Oryol region and targets in the Black Sea.
