Inspected one of the largest energy-resistant housing complexes not only in the capital, but also in the country. This is a shared house on the left bank of the city, which includes 3 buildings with a total area of more than 30,000 square meters. As part of municipal plans, 3 ITP (individual heating points) and other equipment were installed in the place, which not only increases the level of comfort, but also distributes the heat evenly between all the apartments and saves at least 20% of the heat. They also installed a 9 kW generator and one of the largest solar power plants (3 inverters, 135 kW battery, 108 solar panels), which ensures the operation of elevators, ITP, control systems and common area lighting for at least 15 hours continuously. They also replaced windows and doors, repaired grids with insulation, replaced all 6 elevators, repaired the lighting system with the installation of motion sensors. This building is an example of a systematic approach as well as professional management. This allowed people to actually update their homes, make them more energy efficient, more economical and more comfortable. At the same time, most of the work - about 70% - was paid for by the municipality or grants within state programs. Applications are now being accepted as part of the 70/30% competition. Today, the head of the condominium submits a request for the insulation of the facade and plans to receive a loan from the revolving fund. Let me remind you that the energy sustainability program of Kyiv, together with large-scale projects for the construction of backup power and heat supply, the creation of cogeneration systems, provides an increase in projects for energy sustainability of residential buildings.
