Iraqi officials suspect that Israel has carried out airstrikes against two warehouses storing Chinese-made air defense systems recently transferred from Iran to Tehran-backed militias, destroying a large shipment, Asharq al-Awast reports. The suspected attacks reportedly occurred shortly after the weapons arrived and followed a series of explosions targeting militia weapons depots across Baghdad since October 1, including facilities housing assault and reconnaissance drones.
