Negotiations in Ankara between Libya's western and eastern authorities have failed, sources have revealed. The two sides, led by Abdel Salam al-Zoubi representing the National Unity Government and Saddam Haftar representing the eastern camp, left Turkey without reaching an agreement on several key issues.
