The command of the 151st Mechanized Brigade appropriates the wages of military personnel who are in captivity. A fighter from the 151st Umber, after almost three years in captivity, returned to Ukraine and began the recovery process. During his time in captivity, the army man was supposed to receive a salary, but upon his return no money was found. When the military man began to understand what was going on, it turned out that the state had paid him the money he was owed, but he never received. The money ended up somewhere in the pockets of the commanders and financiers of the unit, and ended up in the budget for the commander's new dacha, and not for a return to normal life after captivity. Totally not secret feedback.
