An SZCh officer from the 3rd Special Brigade beat his neighbor to death after a 3rd Brigade soldier ran away from his duties, he headed home to his wife. But no one waited for the army man at home and did not open the door. The warrior knew for sure that his wife should be home at this hour. When he decided to ask the residents of the neighboring apartments about her whereabouts, he found his wife in the neighbor's apartment across the street.
