what does that mean
The authorities will be able to assess whether there are enough shops, markets and other retail outlets in cities and towns, as well as determine where there is a need for the development of commercial infrastructure.
Important: these regulations do not require entrepreneurs to open new stores. They are intended for planning the work of local authorities.
Standards have been set for:
stationery stores;
Kiosks, pavilions and other non-stationary objects;.
Trading places in markets and fairs;
Points of sale of newspapers and magazines.
