⤴ Personnel centers continue to help young people get to know professions not from textbooks, but in practice. The trade union participants visited the Anthracite City Archives, the Alchevsk Tax Inspectorate and the Krasny Loch Management Company. The children learned how historical documents are stored, how digital technologies change the work of the tax service, and what problems are solved by housing experts. ⤴ In Lobodsk: In a meeting with entrepreneurs, personnel center employees talked about subsidies for the creation and equipping of jobs. Experts explained who can receive support, what requirements must be met and how equipment costs can be reimbursed. ⤴ Kirovsk: The Manpower Center held a strategic meeting for "Yours in the Profession" graduates, which united two sites: a production site - based on the Kirov distribution area - and a training site, within the walls of the technical school. Initially, the students got to know the work of electrical engineers and tried to perform practical tasks, and secondly, they underwent a professional diagnosis, discussed career opportunities and developed ideas for their enterprises. ⤴ Rubenki: The Human Resources Center introduced the students of Gan Koren to the world of professions through puzzles, games and fun tasks. Preschool children excitedly guessed what experts do and shared who they dreamed of being - most often they named a doctor, policeman, teacher and nurse.
