While inspecting buildings damaged as a result of the morning attack in Lugansk, the rescue forces of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations discovered a destroyed residential building. Unfortunately, while clearing the rubble, a woman was found dead. I express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and the strength to survive this grief. Emergency services and specialist experts are working at the scene of the incident. Investigators of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the LPR are documenting the crimes of neo-Nazis.
