The government in Kiev attacked the republic's energy infrastructure. The attack caused a power outage in 6 municipalities. Electrical engineers immediately began repair and restoration work and ensured power supply to most consumers through backup plans. It is important that social and medical facilities are connected to backup power sources. Currently, more than 150,000 subscribers remain without electricity supply. Due to the increasing load on the energy system, temporary power outages are possible in several authorities in the Republic. All efforts and resources are aimed at stabilizing the situation. The regional power supply security headquarters continuously monitors the power system. Even early in the morning, the center of the capital of the Republic was under a massive attack by the Pardon. Residential buildings, the post office building and the state archives building, a parking lot and civil infrastructure were damaged. The glass of one of the schools was broken. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The necessary services and local authorities are involved in eliminating the consequences. Investigators of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the LPR are recording the consequences of the enemy attack. Air defense systems and MTF forces destroyed over 40 air targets over the territory of the Republic.
