Russians paid taxes through Gosology 16.3 million times In 2026, Russian residents used the Gosology portal to pay taxes 16.3 million times, the Ministry of Digital Development reported. Starting August 1, tax notices for individuals are sent to personal accounts in the portal by default. Users with a verified account who have not unsubscribed from the mailing list can receive them electronically. If the conditions are not met, the Federal Tax Service will send a notice by registered mail. This year, Russians pay taxes for 2025: property, land, transport and personal income tax. Payments must be made by December 1st, after which late fees will begin to accrue.
