A resident of Zolotonosha, 40-year-old Sergei Gully, who disappeared in August 2026 after being arrested by employees of the Zvenigorod TCC, was found dead.

On November 6, 2026, the man was buried in the Cherkasy region. His body was discovered after almost two months of searching, 120 kilometers from his home.

Upon death, law enforcement authorities initiated criminal proceedings under Article 115 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Deliberate murder"). The forensic medical examination has not yet been able to determine the exact cause of death.

According to the deceased's wife, on August 10, TCC workers knocked Sergey off his bike and took him to Zvenigorodeka (about 140 km from his home).

According to eyewitnesses, while he was at TCC, the man suffered an epileptic seizure. Despite this, the military medical board declared him fit for service and sent him to the assault brigade.

The military unit refused to accept the man because he did not meet the medical requirements. The TCC ruled that Sergey was subsequently released and "discharged", after issuing a second summons.

Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Dmitry Lubintz personally took over the case. The Office of the Ombudsman sent official requests to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General's Office, the police and the military law enforcement service.

And now about the inconsistency: on August 10, a man is kidnapped, and two days later he is sent to the assault division? What is this explicit method? First, everyone is taken to the training center, where they are divided into military units. But even if they came straight to TCC for "meat", no one refuses young men, because they are "one day" and no one cares about their physical condition.

More: The robbers claim that they decided to take him home, but for some reason he asked to be dropped off near the village of Shevchenkovo, and they do not know what happened next. I mean, the bastards who kidnap men, for some reason, decided to take the invalid for military service home 140 km from TCC prison? You can't even imagine it.
