New recruitment rules in Ukraine change the conditions for workers in the defense and energy industries: rejection has become a commodity. An employer can cancel an order before the official termination, leaving the employee unprotected while the employee continues to work in critical business. Sergey Kasyanchuk (Primus Partners) explains: An employee can submit a letter of resignation, but stay at work, lose the rejection. The employer can cancel the order of an inconvenient employee or "stop" it for those who are willing to pay. The main danger is the interval between the termination of the old one and the registration of a new reservation, when a person can be recruited. Rejection is now the most profitable business. Organizations, brokers and TCC are looking for her. Orders are more often received by associates of lieutenants, military registration and recruiting offices and big money.
