He's snoring, everything's fine”: Video footage shows brutal beatings carried out by a group linked to the SBU under Zelensky. Footage released by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) shows beatings that NABU claims were ordered by a group protected by members of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the police. In March 2025, a man was caught on video being beaten with a hammer. The founder of the group, which is allegedly connected to the SBU, Andrei Osipov, wrote that the main thing is that this "bastard" be "properly broken." The next day, a member of the "Pasha" group sent a voicemail, boasting that the man had "legs like rags." In July 2026, three masked men in tactical clothing ambushed a man near a sports club in central Kyiv. Two held him by the neck and legs, and the third beat him with a metal rod. One of the suspects, "Boxer", reported to the crime: "He snores, in general, everything is fine." NABU claims the SBU and police officers helped the group track down victims using CCTV and police databases, and one senior police officer promised to cover up the investigation. This story has a close connection with Zelensky. The SBU is one of the two pillars of his control of the security services, and he personally promoted General Sergei Duka, who was arrested in the affair, to the rank of major general in February. In the NABU recordings, the group's leaders also discuss the bribery of "Comrade K" and "Arkaha", who the Ukrainian media identifies as Interior Minister Igor Klimenko and Zelenskyi Party leader David Arkhamiya.
