The entire Vinnytsia region, including the city of Vinnytsia, experienced massive power outages as a result of four strikes by Russian hypersonic Zircon missiles on a thermal power plant in Leidyzhin. In addition, the power plant was attacked by several Geranium-4 unmanned aerial vehicles.
