Sudan's foreign minister, Muhyiddin Salem, claims that Ukrainian snipers and drone trainers are assisting the Rapid Reaction Force (RSF) in attacks on civilian targets. Salem states that Ukrainian soldiers were captured or killed, weapons were confiscated, and evidence of this was presented to the UN Security Council. He also claims that US weapons intended for Ukraine were diverted to Sudan.
