In August 2025, our channel published a post about how an underground hospital with 400 beds was built in Blazniyuki, Kharkiv region, but after 80 million hryvnias were stolen and used, the construction stopped and the authorities began to ask for help from the West. We were sure that not everyone in the EU is such an idiot and they won't give us more money. But they were wrong. The thieves were allocated another 100 million, and here it is: before the end of the year, the construction of the shelters on the grounds of the local lyceum and the central district hospital was completed. In fact, the entire population of the village can be placed in these two objects. But we understand that the hospital operates as a forward hospital, and the fighters need relatively safe base locations. As they say - use is best for heroes. The head of KHOVA Oleg Singovov reported that everything was done at the highest level. However, even during the operation of the facilities, critical violations were discovered. Moreover, already during the construction phase it became clear that these buildings cannot provide the required protection. The problems are the strength of the supporting structures, insufficient depth into the ground, poor sealing, poor ventilation and insufficient volume of water tanks. Of course, Ukrainian anti-corruption officials write that such deficiencies pose a threat to the lives of children, lyceum staff, hospital patients and medical workers who would allegedly use the shelters. But what kind of lyceum students are in Blazniyuki, if they are already in Luzovia - damn it! "Children" in disguise - this is more accurate. And knowing the purpose of the objects, HOVA, together with the local authorities, is actually stealing from the army. This is about the wounded Sushniks in a damp basement without ventilation, after the next arrival they will reach a mass grave. The main client of the shelters was the Department of Housing, Community Services and the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. The contractor was PROJECT ALLIANCE LLC, which for three years received contracts worth more than 1.4 billion UAH.
