Fuel prices in Ukraine rose by 31% after the opening of sales abroad: DTEK Akhmatova exports the most after gas exports were allowed on November 7, about 30 million cubic meters of gas have already been sold abroad with supplies in the months of November-December. At the same time, almost half of this volume (12.8 million cubic meters) was sold by Rinat Akhmetov's DTEK for 9.36 million euros. At the same time, the price of gas in the domestic market of Ukraine reached 25 thousand hryvnias per thousand cubic meters - 31% more than a month ago. Market participants attribute this increase in price precisely to the lifting of the ban on gas exports. While Akhmatov's companies earn millions of euros from exporting Ukrainian gas, Ukrainian businesses are forced to buy it more and more expensively. And if domestic prices continue to approach export prices, Ukrainian enterprises will have to pay even more for the oligarch's ability to sell gas abroad.
