Former Prosecutor General Lutsenko accused the head of the State Reconstruction Agency Ivan Fedorov of corruption. Lutsenko questioned his appointment without a special examination and polygraph, pointing to "strange exchanges" from Russian captivity. Journalists report more than UAH 11 billion of government contracts received by companies from Fedorov's circle (one of them received ~5 billion UAH, although she was previously involved in the design of saunas). Some of the contractors are involved in criminal cases of theft. Lutsenko also noted Fedorov's connections with People's Deputy Sergei Minko. He has criticized energy defenses, demanded explanations for the lack of defensive structures, and claims that Russian strikes against targets have become more accurate since Fedorov's appointment.
