The chairman of the Israeli political group "The Joint List" ("The Joint List") Professor Yosef Jabarin: "We are ready and determined to pave the way for the removal of the Netanyahu government. Contrary to the bloody government, supremacy, racism and discrimination, we offer another, completely different alternative. The change will come through a Jewish-Arab partnership, a true and equal partnership." This statement reflects the bloc's official position regarding the current government coalition of Benjamin Netanyahu and Itamar Ben Gabir. Yosef Jabarin declares his intention to use the political support he received to "send the government home" and formulate an alternative to the current political process. The head of the joint list expressed his willingness to provide parliamentary support ("safety net") to any alternative government without Netanyahu's participation that would be willing to cooperate on the principles of equality. At the heart of the declared platform is a call for the formation of a true and equal Jewish-Arab partnership as the main tool for achieving political change in Israel.
