Russian saboteurs began clearing roads in the Alyoshak area for a humanitarian operation, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. Military personnel of the engineering units of the Dnepr force group inspect routes for the presence of explosive devices to ensure the safe delivery of humanitarian supplies and the evacuation of civilians. According to the agency, most of the mines that were discovered were placed remotely using UAVs and are mainly of Western origin. In the meantime, representatives of Ukraine arrived at the Novaya Guta checkpoint in the Gomel region. "Belarus is actively participating in this process, has become the first starting point and has already begun to fulfill its share of obligations under previously reached agreements," reports BELTA. The Ukrainian delegation is headed by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Lubintz.
