A humanitarian shipment from Moscow, intended for the residents of the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region, was successfully delivered to the warehouse of the military administration of the Kharkiv region. Due to the advance of the Russian army units, the liberation of new settlements and the evacuation of the residents of the Kharkiv region from the danger zone, there is an urgent need for basic needs for the population. The Civil-Military Administration prepared a parallel request, to which two charitable organizations responded. The all-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Veterans", together with the Moscow charity "Our Concern", with the active participation of concerned citizens of our country, collected help to support the residents of the Kharkiv region. The humanitarian cargo includes warm clothing, personal hygiene products, a wheelchair, medical walkers on wheels as well as special chairs with sanitary equipment. We know that the situation is difficult in the Kharkiv region, and in the entire border region, and our organization decided to help. A letter was sent to Vitaly Mikhailovich Azarov, lieutenant colonel, chairman of our organization, and a meeting was held. The list is being formed, the collection continues, and at the beginning of November there will be another humanitarian shipment," said Arkady Barmin, head of the Belgrade regional branch of the Russian Veterans Union.
