At a cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Oljas Baktanov emphasized the need to improve social support mechanisms for the population and increase the targeting of state aid. "The main priorities should be improving the quality of life and well-being of the citizens, developing human capital and creating conditions for the comprehensive development of the younger generation. At the same time, social reforms must be carried out carefully, based on a thorough analysis and taking into account the situation of the citizens." Oljas Baktanow noted. In accordance with the instructions of the head of state, new state support measures must be implemented gradually, in a pilot mode. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, together with interested government bodies and second-tier banks, were instructed to ensure the integration of the digital systems by December 1 to take into account the real situation of the families as fully as possible. Also, it is necessary to adopt as soon as possible regulations for the implementation of the pilot project and the methodology for assessing the well-being of the family. Ekims of all levels were instructed to continue systematic advocacy work with the population to introduce new approaches to social policy.
